We cannot praise Jermaine and his team highly enough.
They completed our internal remodel and single storey extension in Horsforth, Leeds on time and to the budget discussed. They worked incredibly hard throughout a winter/spring of difficult weather. They're a pleasure to have on site, always polite and considerate. Jermaine has an excellent eye for detail. He is able to spot potential difficulties before they arise. You can tell he is really knowledgeable and comes up with sensible, practical solutions to any challenges. His communication is exceptional and made the whole process really easy. The extension is impressively in keeping with our existing house. The standard of work throughout is excellent. We have recommended Jermaine and team to all our friends and family.
The final result is our dream kitchen and we now spend all our time in the extension.
Jermaine and his team at Newton Extensions were excellent throughout the build of our single storey extension in Cookridge, Leeds. After a delayed start due to planning issues, work began on our single storey kitchen/diner extension in the middle of winter. Progress was quick and methodical. There was no knocking off early and disappearing for days. Communication was superb and we were guided through every step with his extensive knowledge. Everyone working on our house was polite and considerate and the site was kept in good order throughout. The final result is our dream kitchen and we now spend all our time in the extension. I would highly recommend Newton Extensions.
He was brilliant from start to finish and his team were also brilliant from electrics to kitchen fitter.
Jermaine started my extension in April and got it finished in mid July. It was a single storey extension and knocking my garage back to allow the space. He was brilliant from start to finish and his team were also brilliant from electrics to kitchen fitter. He even did my garden to a high standard. Would recommend this fella 100%.
We are so happy with the end result!
Jermaine and his team helped us bring our vision to life and built us our dream kitchen. The team did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them. All work was finished to a great standard. With any large project, we came up with issues but Jermaine made sure these were rectified and it was finished to a great standard. We are so happy with the end result!
We'd definitely use Newton Extensions again.
We couldn't be happier with the open-plan kitchen and downstairs remodel Newton Extensions completed for us in Moortown. They completely reconfigured our downstairs, knocking through two rooms, opening up the understairs area for built-in storage, installing all new internal and external doors, and fitting our new kitchen. From the start, Jermaine was incredibly helpful. He took the time to ask the right questions, understand what we wanted to achieve and talk us through different options. Whenever an unexpected challenge came up, he kept us informed, explained the options clearly and was quick to come up with practical solutions. We'd definitely use Newton Extensions again.
His work and attention to detail is first class.
We have just had a full kitchen renovation done in Cookridge, Leeds. Jermaine and his team replaced the existing flat roof with a pitched roof and installed a Velux window. He replaced the existing window and matched the old brickwork perfectly. Jermaine also sorted the plumbing, plastering and a rewire. His work and attention to detail is first class. He is very precise and meticulous. His team left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. He discussed each process with us and kept us informed throughout. Highly recommended.
We're really pleased with the standard of the work and Jermaine's service throughout was brilliant.
Jermaine and his team did an excellent job on our hallway, opening up the space and bringing more light and space into our home. We're really pleased with the standard of the work and Jermaine's service throughout was brilliant. He was efficient, tidy, communicated well so we knew what was happening at each stage and made good recommendations based on his experience, which improved upon our original plans. Would definitely recommend.
Newton Extensions are first-class builders.
They carried out full lime-mortar repointing to all three sides of my Grade II listed property in Burley in Wharfedale, putting right work that had been poorly completed by the original developer and was causing damp problems. By the time they had finished, the area causing us the most concern was already showing visible signs of drying out. They were very respectful of my property, kept the work areas clean and tidy each day, and completed everything to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are already booked to return for another job.
Newton Extensions were instrumental in the timely and high quality delivery of a major self build project for me.
They worked extremely hard at meeting and exceeding my expectations for quality and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Newton Extensions.
