Single Storey Extension, Kirkstall, Leeds

A single storey extension with new French doors, built between April and mid-July.

Started in April and finished by mid-July, this single storey extension involved knocking back the existing garage to make the space, a new pitched roof tied into the house, and French doors with full-height side lights opening onto the garden. The brickwork was matched to the original house, and the client has had compliments on the finish. The kitchen fit-out, electrics and garden were completed by the same team.
